Junior Office Administrator – 6-month temporary contract


Duties under the role will include:


  • General administration duties
  • Greet and assist new and existing clients and visitors
  • Answer incoming calls, redirecting and taking & forwarding message
  • Dealing with standard administration request within agreed service turnaround times
  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning team
  • Assisting the team in delivering a high quality and effective service to our clients
  • Manage incoming emails and daily post
  • Assisting with key tasks to ensure smooth running of the admin area
  • Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the team
  • Tasks or projects may be given on an ad hoc basis by the Front office Manager
  • Monitor the cleaning & general office upkeep
  • Monitor & replenishing stationary & office supplies & Manage petty cash



Key Competencies:


  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Professional presentation
  • Interest in the Financial Services industry
  • Knowledge of Wealthtrack CRM system would be an advantage but not essential
  • Candidate will need to ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Be goal oriented and ready to take personal responsibility for supporting the team members in the office
  • Organised and able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Flexible, can do attitude and friendly manner
  • QFA would be ideal but not a necessity.
